It’s recommended to book at least 6–12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.

Absolutely! Couples may request any songs from Ben’s song lists be included in their wedding. In addition, Ben will learn 1 special song request of a song not already on his song lists as a part of any full day wedding package. Ben will learn more than 1 song for an additional fee.

Ben performs a wide range of music styles, including acoustic, pop, classic rock, country, folk, and modern hits. Whether you want an intimate ceremony or a high-energy reception, Ben can tailor the music to match your vision.

Yes! In addition to live music, Ben offers professional DJ and MC services. He is able to either perform live or DJ for your entire wedding or transition from one to the other seamlessly. It all depends on what you want for your wedding music!

Yes, we travel for events both within and outside of Maine. Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event.

Ben provides all the necessary sound equipment, including wireless microphones for the officiant and guests and dance floor lighting when applicable. If you or your venue may require additional equipment, we can discuss options and ensure everything is set up for your event.

Yes, we can perform indoors or outdoors! For outdoor events, we recommend discussing the venue’s setup and inclement weather plan to ensure we arrive as prepared as possible regardless of the conditions.

Ben is personally involved in every event and understands how very important your wedding is. In the rare case of an emergency or scheduling conflict, we’ll work together to find a solution or recommend a trusted substitute to ensure your wedding music goes smoothly.

Performance lengths vary based on the package. For weddings, Ben typically performs for up to 4 hours for receptions. Ceremony and cocktail hour performances can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours each.
